What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop production team members on the night shift
- Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Monitor production schedules and ensure daily goals are achieved
- Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with maintenance and quality teams
- Track performance metrics and implement corrective actions when needed
- Conduct shift meetings and communicate priorities clearly
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Support employee training, performance management, and workforce development
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing leadership experience (Supervisor, Team Lead, Group Leader, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to motivate and develop teams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with production metrics, quality systems, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
