Production Supervisor Up To $1,200+ WEEKLY

Key Requirements:
- Manufacturing or production environment experience required
- Knowledge of pipe manufacturing processes and machinery
- Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills
- Effective communication skills
- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities with a hands-on shop floor presence
- Experience in composite manufacturing (FRP/GRE preferred)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (work orders, production tracking, reporting)
- Experience managing a crew of ~30 operators
- Ability to train and develop operators
- Proven ability to maintain a professional, collaborative relationship with management
Shifts:
- Monday - Friday
- 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Weekends/ OT as needed
Duration:
- Temp to perm after 90 day probationary period
