B Shift Production Supervisor (Night Shift)
We are seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to lead our night shift operations and drive performance, quality, and team success in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop production associates to meet daily goals and quality standards
- Plan staffing levels and ensure proper training and performance management
- Oversee daily production to meet targets for efficiency, output, and delivery
- Drive quality improvements, reduce scrap, and resolve production issues
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment (5S and safety compliance)
- Monitor key performance metrics (PP, OEE, scrap, etc.) and take corrective action as needed
- Support new product launches, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
- Provide daily reporting on production, safety, and performance
