Production Supervisor – Injection Molding | 2nd Shift

Job Description

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift Injection Molding operation. You’ll lead a manufacturing team, oversee daily production, and work closely with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and other teams to drive safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys developing teams, solving production challenges, and using data and technology to improve operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support a team of production operators, technicians, and material handlers.
• Oversee daily production, staffing, safety, quality, and performance.
• Monitor production metrics and dashboards to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, scrap, and OEE.
• Coach and develop employees while building a strong culture of teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of manufacturing or production experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Educational background in manufacturing, engineering, operations, or a related field.
• Experience with injection molding or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong digital skills and the ability to quickly learn manufacturing systems, dashboards, and other technology.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.

Preferred: Experience in regulated manufacturing, Lean/Six Sigma, automation/robotics, SAP, MES, or other manufacturing systems.

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $84,160.00 - $131,500.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
