Production Supervisor

Our client is a manufacturer seeking a Production Supervisor to join their 2nd shift.

-Oversee the safety, quality, staffing , and production on shift
-Oversee daily operations to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, safely and within timelines
-Monitor processes and equipment for best practices
-Conduct quality checks, safety checks and manage floor inventory
-Supervise and support employees on shift
-Train, schedule, assign tasks to, manage, and provide feedback to staff
-Enter and maintain accurate shift data including production, scrap, labor hours, attendance, incident reports etc
-Maintain safety

Required Skills & Experience
-HS Diploma or GED is required
-Experience managing or supervising a minimum of 10 employees
-Experience working with MS programs including Excel, Word and Outlook
-Experience managing in a manufacturing environment
