This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on assembly experience who are passionate about developing others and driving operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver on-the-job, classroom, and skills-based training in assembly and production areas Support the development and implementation of new training programs and processes Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and progress tracking Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback Ensure adherence to quality standards, operating procedures, and regulatory requirements Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to improve training effectiveness Assist in introducing new manufacturing processes and workflows Additional RequirementsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines Willingness to work overtime as needed Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
