Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Lake Katrine, NY
Schedule: 
      Mon, Tues, Wed and Sun (4pm - 2:30am) 
      or Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat (4pm - 2:30am)
Payrate: $22 - $27 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Overview
We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Production Supervisor in our large-scale production bakery to help lead our team in producing bread made honestly, at scale. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and wants to make a daily impact on quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily production operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met

  • Lead and support a team of production professionals, fostering collaboration and accountability

  • Monitor equipment, dough processing, and baking parameters to maintain consistency throughout

  • Communicate effectively across shifts and departments to align production goals

  • Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and downtime

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, and workplace safety requirements

  • Coach and develop team members through on-the-job training and regular feedback
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team in a hands-on setting

  • Strong understanding of production flow, efficiency, and safety practices

  • Committed to maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards

  • Experienced in production or manufacturing (food experience preferred)

  • Skilled at balancing people, process, and product quality

  • A clear communicator who leads by example
  • Reliable, organized, and calm under pressure

Requirements

  • Comfortable working in a physically active, warm, and fast-paced environment

  • Ability to stand and walk for the duration of an 8–10-hour shift

  • Must be able to safely lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs

  • Ability to bend, stoop, and twist regularly
  • Comfortable working around ovens, mixers, and industrial equipment
Preferred
  • Supervisory experience in production, manufacturing, or bakery environments preferred
