Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals are achieved. This role provides direct leadership to production personnel, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and promotes a culture focused on operational excellence, teamwork, and accountability

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of production personal

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals are met.

• Manage staffing schedules and overtime requirements.

• Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development through training and cross-functional learning.

• Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement projects.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

• Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other departments to maintain efficient production flow.

• Participate in nonconformance investigations and corrective action activities.

• Lead daily production meetings and promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Experience supervising production teams and driving employee engagement.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and process improvement methodologies.

• Familiarity with FDA-regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency with ERP, production tracking, or manufacturing systems.

Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000
