Description

Production SupervisorLead and develop a team of 12-15 production employees. Oversee daily production activities to meet output, quality, and efficiency goals. Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards. Monitor and improve operational performance and production flow. Partner closely with QA, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.This organization is a privately held, fast-growing food manufacturer with a strong reputation for quality, consistency, and product integrity.
