Production Supervisor

A growing and innovative manufacturer in the health and wellness products space is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead second-shift operations. This individual will oversee a production team, including multiple team leads, while driving safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility.

Description

• Supervise daily production activities, including blending, tablet compression, and liquid production processes.
• Ensure compliance with GMP standards and company SOPs.
• Monitor production schedules, adjust workflows, and maintain operational efficiency.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Train and guide production staff to maintain high performance and safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production outcomes.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
• Identify and resolve production-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Profile

• Experience with manufacturing operations in dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, or food production.
• Knowledge of GMP standards and SOP development.
• Familiarity with blending operations, tablet compression, and liquid production processes.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements effectively.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually.
