Supervise daily manufacturing operations and production staff.
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.
Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
Conduct employee coaching, performance reviews, and corrective actions.
Monitor KPIs including productivity, scrap rates, downtime, and efficiency.
Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Operations teams.
7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
Experience managing hourly production employees.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
ERP/MRP experience preferred.
Food Manufacturing, Plastics, Automotive, Electronics, Packaging.
