Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to ensure a smooth and efficient manufacturing process. This role involves monitoring employees and organizing workflows in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will be capable of optimizing daily activities while minimizing costs, ensuring that production processes deliver high-quality products profitably.

Responsibilities

  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.

  • Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.

  • Oversee and coach employees to ensure optimal performance.

  • Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.

  • Check production output according to specifications.

  • Submit reports on performance and progress.

  • Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.

  • Train new employees on machinery safety and procedural compliance.

  • Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
