Our client, a leading automotive manufacturer, is seeking a Production Supervisor – Material Handling to lead daily logistics and material handling operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop an hourly workforce
• Coordinate workflow to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets
• Ensure standardized work practices are followed and operational goals are achieved
• Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts
• Build strong working relationships with employees, union representatives, and leadership teams

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, material planning, or logistics environment
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
