Job Description
The Production Supervisor will report directly into the VP of Operations and be responsible for:
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop production employees.
- Manage daily production schedules, labor allocation, and workflow priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practices.
- Monitor production output, quality, efficiency, and safety performance.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve communication and operational effectiveness.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management activities.
- Ensure compliance with all quality standards, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.

The Successful Applicant
- Associate's degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of supervisory or management experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with production planning, scheduling, and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and employee development skills.
- Experience within medical device or other regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.
