Production Supervisor

Qualifications

• Required bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years managing production teams within aerospace, semiconductor, or automotive industries.
• Hands-on experience with production processes, equipment, and industry standards such as ISO 9001 and AS9100D.
• Proven leadership skills in supervising and developing manufacturing or production teams.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies, production metrics, and quality control.
• Experience with process development, optimization, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Familiarity with safety programs and training development.
• Bilingual ability in English and Vietnamese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop production staff to ensure daily output and quality standards are achieved.
• Develop and manage production schedules, monitor performance metrics, and prepare weekly operational reports.
• Oversee adherence to quality inspection procedures and partner with engineering to resolve product issues.
• Address daily production challenges independently, escalating major issues when necessary.
• Lead the development of work instructions, support process improvements, and assist in planning for business growth.
