Our client provides coil coating services to manufacturers in the pool, building and roofing, architectural panel, lighting fixtures, automotive, and HVAC industries. They are seeking a hands-on, people-focused Production Supervisor to lead daily operations within our manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for a leader with a strong manufacturing background who excels at developing teams, driving accountability, and creating a positive production culture.
Lead and supervise daily production activities to meet operational goals. Manage and develop a team of approximately 15 production employees. Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of work orders. Collaborate with Quality and Operations leadership to maintain product quality standards.
Must have previous experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment Must come from a production environment with a continuous process Must have strong communication and leadership skills. Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production setting
