Production Supervisor

A rapidly growing food manufacturer is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead second-shift operations at a high-volume manufacturing facility in Bolingbrook, IL. Description

• Lead production associates to achieve daily safety, quality, and production goals
• Coach, train, and develop employees while promoting accountability and engagement
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards including GMPs, HACCP, SQF, and USDA requirements
• Monitor production performance and address operational challenges in real time
• Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Sanitation, and Human Resources teams
• Complete reporting, documentation, shift handoffs, and production tracking
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence efforts

Profile

• 2+ years of Production Supervisory experience within food manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and SQF standards
• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to manage and motivate large production teams
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• USDA-regulated food manufacturing experience is a plus

The salary range for this role is $80,000-$100,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
