Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the production floor for extended periods of time.
Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling as required to monitor operations and assist staff.
Occasional lifting and carrying of materials or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
Manual dexterity required to operate machinery, tools, and production equipment.
Ability to visually inspect products, machinery, and work areas for quality and safety compliance.
Ability to hear and respond to alarms, equipment sounds, and verbal instructions in a manufacturing environment.
Work is performed primarily in a manufacturing or production facility with exposure to moving machinery, noise, dust, fumes, temperature variations, and vibration.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, steel-toe footwear, and protective clothing is required.
