Position Summary
Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is hiring for the Production Supervisor role on behalf of its client, a leading manufacturer of architectural aluminum products and systems for the commercial construction industry. Production Supervisors lead hourly production teams on a 12-hour night shift following a 2-3-2 rotating schedule over a two-week cycle, which provides every other weekend off and a built-in three-day mid-week break every other week. Employees work 36 hours and are paid for 40, with overtime paid for weeks worked over 40 hours.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  
• 3 years of experience in a manufacturing, industrial, farming or military environment.
  
• Preferred: associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  
• Preferred: supervisory experience in a unionized environment.
  

Compensation: Base salary of $80,000 to $92,000, commensurate with experience.

Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
