Supervise manufacturing operations in an assigned area, managing 15-35 employees to meet production goals and ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment.
Coordinate daily activities, oversee employee relations, training, and compliance, and review production reports to monitor scrap and investigate variances.
Support continuous improvement in processes, maintain equipment, and enforce safety and environmental standards.
Assign work, facilitate team input, coach staff, and ensure proper labor tracking using HR systems.
Require a bachelor's degree, supervisory experience in manufacturing, ability to work 12-hour shifts, and experience with computer and inventory systems. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
