Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2-6 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in plastic manufacturing, bottling, or packaging
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety, quality systems, and manufacturing best practices
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety, product quality, and continuous improvement
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and manufacturing reporting systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in food or beverage manufacturing strongly preferred
• Associate's degree or coursework in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, or a related field preferred
• Experience in root cause analysis and corrective actions

Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in plastic bottle manufacturing, blow molding, bottling, packaging, beverage, or food manufacturing environments are highly encouraged to apply.
