General Summary
The primary responsibility of the Secondary Process/Production Supervisor is to be a hands-on leader and lead those functions required to keep the facility in compliance with parts production balances, as reflected in all site inventory systems. This is accomplished by setting daily schedules of orders to be processed, assigning work based on associates' knowledge and capabilities, and training and leading by example on specified equipment and knowledge of processes.
