Production Team Lead/Supervisor – Manufacturing Hands on leader to oversee daily production activities in a high volume manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with a team, keeps operations running smoothly, and takes pride in maintaining strong safety and quality standards. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, steady under pressure, and comfortable leading by example. If you’re detail oriented, organized, and motivated to help a team perform at its best, this position offers a solid long term opportunity. What You’ll Do Oversee day to day production operations to ensure output and efficiency goals are met Provide coaching, direction, and support to production employees Maintain a safe work environment and reinforce company policies Monitor product quality and address issues quickly Track production metrics such as downtime, scrap, and productivity Work with Quality, Maintenance, Materials, and Engineering to resolve issues Identify opportunities to streamline processes and apply lean improvements Assist with staffing, scheduling, and performance management Support training and onboarding for new hires What You Bring High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing Strong understanding of production flow, quality expectations, and safety practices Experience in a fast paced, high volume environment Familiarity with continuous improvement or lean tools is helpful Bilingual English/Spanish Work Environment & Schedule Fast paced production setting Frequent standing, walking, and lifting Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM Overtime may be required based on production needs
