Immediate Hire - Production Supervisor
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Position Summary
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within an assigned production area. This role ensures production schedules, quality standards, safety requirements, and productivity goals are achieved while supervising and supporting production employees.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
Experience leading and managing production employees.
Understanding of manufacturing processes and production operations.
Experience with continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or process improvement initiatives.
Ability to analyze production data and use performance metrics to drive results.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and production/ERP systems.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities and workforce performance.
Ensure production goals for safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency are met.
Train, coach, and develop production employees.
Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
Enforce safety, quality, and operating standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.
Support continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing efforts.
Maintain production records, reports, and procedures.
