Description

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for running daily plating operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll lead production teams, drive performance, and ensure safety, quality, and output goals are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily production line performance and resolve issues quickly
  • Ensure schedules, throughput, and quality targets are met
  • Supervise, coach, and develop production team members
  • Partner with maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Track KPIs (scrap, cycle time, efficiency) and drive improvements
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
  • Enforce safety and operational standards
Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:
  • Lean Manufacturing / continuous improvement experience
  • Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
Nice-to-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:
  • Plating, electronics, or precision manufacturing background
  • Lean Six Sigma certification
  • ERP system experience (SAP or similar)
  • Experience in 2nd/3rd shift environments
  • Aerospace, automotive, or regulated manufacturing experience
Shift & Pay

1st Shift (Mon-Fri | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
  • $75,000 - $100,000
3rd Shift (Sun-Thurs | 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
  • $75,000 - $100,000
    • 20% shift differential
