What We Offer

Interfor offers a competitive salary based on experience, skills, and qualifications, with an expected range of $85,000 - 95,000 (USD) per year. We're committed to creating careers where employees can contribute, grow, and thrive. In addition to base pay, you'll enjoy:

What You'll Do

  • Safety: Champion safety standards, lead by example, and ensure compliance across all operations.

  • Performance: Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce costs, and maximize product quality and recovery.

  • Quality: Oversee manufacturing quality, ensuring products meet specifications and customer expectations.

  • Teamwork: Engage and support production and maintenance workers to achieve targets and address challenges.

  • Culture: Foster open communication and support excellence throughout the team.

What You Offer

  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and support teams in a fast-paced environment; strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Technical: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; computer competency, especially in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with lumber manufacturing, machine maintenance, and process optimization is an asset.
