Overview

Seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a powertrain manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement while leading a production team and coordinating with maintenance.

• Location: Brook Park, OH (Onsite)
• Shift Time: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $36.37/hour with benefits

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production team activities
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and equipment performance
• Partner with maintenance to prioritize repairs and minimize downtime
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
• Identify and resolve production issues and bottlenecks
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead and support a union workforce

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in a manufacturing or production environment
• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Experience working with maintenance teams or equipment troubleshooting
• Ability to work in a unionized environment
• Strong knowledge of production processes and safety standards
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive manufacturing experience
• Background in both production and maintenance
• Machining or assembly experience
• CNC knowledge
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
