We are seeking a hands-on Night Shift Production Supervisor / Process Technician to join a growing plastics manufacturing operation in Fletcher, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced injection molding professional who enjoys both technical process work and leading a production team.

Schedule
Night Shift (12-hour rotating schedule):
7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Rotating schedule with every other weekend off
Includes overtime as needed to support production
Responsibilities
Perform mold setups, mold changes, and process adjustments on injection molding equipment.
Optimize processing parameters to improve quality, efficiency, and cycle times.
Troubleshoot molding, robotic, and production issues.
Support and train production associates on processing techniques and equipment.
Assist with robotic automation setup and adjustments.
Perform basic preventative maintenance and machine upkeep.
Monitor production performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure quality, safety, and production standards are consistently achieved.
Lead and support production employees throughout the shift.
Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and management to resolve production challenges.
Qualifications
Injection molding experience is required.
Experience performing mold setups, processing, and troubleshooting.
Previous plastics manufacturing experience.
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred; candidates with strong leadership potential are encouraged to apply.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with robotic automation is a plus.
Ability to work independently while leading a production team in a fast-paced environment.
