Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor needs 1 year of supervisory experience.

Production Supervisor requires:

• 5am-1:30 pm w/OT Required
• Associate degree
• 3+ years of experience in a production environment, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to read, interpret documents, and write routine reports and correspondence.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to perform fundamental tasks on a computer. This includes proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word. MS PowerPoint and MS Access experience a plus.
• Ability to adhere to delegation of authority and lead by management's instructions.
• Attendance is an essential job requirement, including punctuality and reliability.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be able to work extended and flexible hours to include weekends as needed.

Production Supervisor duties:

• Required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Talk and hear and occasionally required to sit.
• Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift 50 + with the assistance of other employees or equipment.
