    Purpose of the Job:

    The Production Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, assigning tasks, and overseeing hourly employees to meet production requirements in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. This role ensures operational efficiency, promotes team motivation, and drives continuous improvement.

    Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities

    • Manage staff to ensure productivity and alignment with client satisfaction goals.

    • Adapt quickly and make decisions to adjust plans/schedules to meet customer requirements.

    • Participate in and lead initiatives such as 5S, Lean, and Kaizen events.

    • Demonstrate strong leadership and employee motivational skills.

    • Handle HR-related issues, including employee reviews and record-keeping.

    • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across all organizational levels.

    • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    Supervise production staff and group leaders to ensure smooth and effective operations.

    Qualifications

    Education and Experience:

    • Associate’s or Technical Degree preferred.

    • 1-3 years of production experience, with a preference for candidates with prior supervisory or lead roles.

    • Proficiency in SAP for systems and reporting.

    • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications for tools and presentations.

    • Understanding of work standards and production processes.

    Skills:

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

    • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

    • Ability to build positive relationships and foster team collaboration.

    • Aptitude for defining problems, gathering data, and making logical conclusions.
