Job Duties
- Supervising and coordinating daily activities of the assembly team
- Assigning work to meet production schedules
- Monitoring output and quality
- Resolving production issues
- Coaching and developing team members
- Maintaining a safe and organized work area
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Background Profile
- Three or more years of experience in manufacturing or production assembly
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience
- Knowledge of assembly processes and workflows
- Ability to follow assembly instructions and drawings
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Supervising mechanical or electromechanical assembly teams
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement
- Experience with ERP or production tracking systems.
