Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for a 1st shift opportunity in the Rome, GA area. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team to meet production goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and proven leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead production team members during 2nd shift operations
- Ensure production goals, quality standards, and deadlines are consistently met
- Monitor workflow, staffing, and productivity to optimize efficiency
- Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe work environment
- Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance
- Address employee concerns and provide leadership support on the floor
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Track and report production metrics and performance
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment required
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality control
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's or higher preferred)
