One of our manufacturing clients is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations at their facility in Sacramento, CA location.
**Pay Rate: **60k-65k
**Shift: **1st shift
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and targets
Lead, train, and support production employees to ensure productivity and performance goals are achieved
Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, quality, and safety
Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and safety procedures
Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to minimize downtime
Maintain accurate production records, reports, and shift documentation
Monitor staffing levels, attendance, and employee performance
Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality systems
Ability to troubleshoot operational and personnel issues effectively
xperience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and production reporting
Experience managing KPIs, productivity, and labor performance
