Job Title: Production Supervisor
Job Description
Lead and supervise multiple production lines and managers, including operations such as chemical filling, bottling, labeling, and packaging. Execute daily production plans to meet output, quality, anddelivery targets while monitoring production metrics like OEE, throughput, scrap, and downtime. Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
Supervise and lead multiple production lines and managers.
Oversee chemical filling, bottling, labeling, and packaging operations.
Execute daily production plans to achieve output, quality, and delivery targets.
Monitor and analyze production metrics, including OEE, throughput, scrap, and downtime.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure efficient operations.
Essential Skills
7+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in chemical bottling, chemical processing, or regulated manufacturing.
3+ years of supervisory or management experience in a production environment.
Strong knowledge of chemical safety regulations, GMP, and OSHA standards.
Proven ability to lead teams in high-volume, safety-critical operations.
