The Production Supervisor is responsible for the overall success of an assigned production group. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead one of our manufacturing teams. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by developing people, driving operational excellence, and helping shape the future of our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Five (5) or more years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with CNC machining processes.
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, including one or more of the following:
Six Sigma
Lean Manufacturing
Process Capability
Statistical Analysis
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze production data and make informed operational decisions.
Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment is a plus.
