The Production Supervisor is responsible fordriving safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing operations while building a high‑engagement, high‑performance team. This role is fully accountable for end‑to‑end ownership of the assigned manufacturing area, including people leadership, daily management execution, and continuous improvement. The Supervisor establishes and sustains a results‑driven culture grounded in safety, quality, accountability, and continuous learning.
This position reports to the Value Stream Leaderand is part of the Production department located in Duncan, SC and will be an on-site role. The expected work schedule for this role is 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Management or equivalent experience.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing environment with minimum of three (3) years of manufacturing supervisory experience including involvement and knowledge of operations, supply chain, planning, receiving, shipping, and material flow
Experience in leading high-performance teams in a dynamic environment.
Experience in a regulated environment (ISO, FDA, or otherwise) preferred
Comfortable balancing multiple priorities and provides focus to team to ensure alignment on the critical few
