The Opportunity
This position works out of our Plymouth, MN Site in the Structural Heart Division and works 3:30pm to 2:00am Mon - Thurs, with occasional Friday overtime.
Main Purpose of Role
The Production Supervisor is responsible for directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals. You will lead a team of manufacturing associates in a cleanroom or controlled environment, ensuring the production of high-quality medical devices. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement while applying Lean Manufacturing principles to drive operational excellence.
What You'll Work On
Required Qualifications
Technical Diploma (± 12 years)
Minimum 4 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (medical device or pharmaceutical preferred).
1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Knowledge of:
FDA regulations, ISO 13485, and GMP.
Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
Cleanroom operations and contamination control.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The base pay for this position is $68,000.00 - $136,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
