We are a successful Custom Materials and Automotive Services company looking for a dedicated Supervisor to support our 1st shift team, to ensure safety and product quality to maximize our production efficiency, and to foster a positive team culture.
Work hours are Monday through Thursday, from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with occasional Friday hours as needed to meet customer demand.
Duties include but not limited to the following:
- Lead and coordinate all activities related to the assigned department.
- Supervise a crew of 20+ employees.
- Manage workflow, define goals, communicate objectives, and monitor team performance.
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality and safety guidelines.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization throughout the department.
- Maintain quality by enforcing ISO QMS.
- Train new hires to help them understand their roles and job duties.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback to management.
- Resolving employee issues and disputes.
- Create a positive team culture.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in Microsoft Office applications.
- Requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in math, and production tracking.
- Strong work ethic that demonstrates enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
- Ability to communicate with all levels within the company.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Drug Screening and Background check required.
