Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift (Cosmetics)

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead 2nd shift packaging operations, driving safety, quality, and productivity goals
* Supervise, coach, and develop production staff while managing schedules and workflow
* Monitor KPIs (efficiency, scrap, output) and implement process improvements
* Ensure compliance with OSHA, PPE, and company quality standards





Required Skills & Experience:
* Prior supervisory or management experience in manufacturing/production
* Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills
* Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
* Ability to analyze production issues and implement effective solutions
* Bilingual Spanish and experience in a diverse workforce environment
Preferred Skills & Experience:
* Bachelor"s degree (technical or engineering preferred) or equivalent experience

Compensation:
$80,000 - $90,000 + comprehensive benefits package
