Production Supervisor

2nd Shift (3pm – 12am)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage production-floor employees, including personnel administration, coaching, development, and day-to-day workforce oversight

• Maintain a safe, productive, and compliant manufacturing environment while actively engaging with employees on the production floor

• Develop a hands-on understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment to effectively support daily production operations

• Monitor department productivity and production effectiveness, including production reporting, procedures, and inventory management

• Ensure adherence to quality standards, product specifications, and safety requirements across production activities

Qualifications

• Hands-on manufacturing experience, with the ability to maintain an active presence on the production floor

• Proven experience managing, coaching, and developing employees, including handling disciplinary matters

• Familiarity with time and attendance systems; experience with ERP systems is a plus

• Strong analytical, mathematical, and computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• College degree or equivalent industry experience preferred, with a solid understanding of manufacturing operations

• Candidate must reside within a 25-mile radius of Succasunna, NJ

Salary: $60K - $75K
