As we grow, we need strong leaders on the floor.What you'll ownYour shift: a crew of Production Assistants, Chemical Handlers, and Chemical OperatorsDrum-off, down-pack, dilution, and local and toll blendingDaily batch tickets: review them and release them to the floorSafety on your shift: enforcing it, investigating incidents and near misses, and fixing root causesRaw materials inventoryYou'll report to the Operations Manager, and you'll jump in on the forklift or the blend floor when the crew needs you.What you bring5+ years in chemical distribution, with 2+ as a lead or forepersonA crew that would follow you againBasic Microsoft OfficeHS diplomaAble to lift 50+ lbs, work in Florida heat, and wear a respirator
