Production Supervisor

This automotive tier 1 non-union supplier is seeking a Production Supervisor for 3rd shift. This person will be responsible for communicating expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Will coach, counsel, and discipline employees while enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. Will work closely with the Production Manager to meet schedules, inventory control, production planning to support customer's deadlines. Will be over approximately 30 employees. Will implement process improvements, manage processes, and adhere to safety standards as well as implementing them with the production personnel. Perform work audits to increase efficiencies and reduce scrap.

Requirements:

• Associates degree preferred and five (5) years' experience and knowledge of production processes.
• Preferred three (3) year supervisory experience in industrial environment.
• Supervisory Skills Certificate and Coaching/Counseling training a plus.
