- Knowledge of and control of Produciton KPI's
- Proven experience in manufacturing or production supervision, preferably in packaging, cosmetics, or a related industry.
- Strong leadership, team coordination, and performance management.
- Experience with production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization to meet output and quality targets.
- Knowledge of quality control, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
- Ability to analyze production data, identify issues, and implement continuous improvement and problem-solving measures.
- Systems and tools (e.g., ERP, MES, basic MS Office for reporting and tracking).
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with maintenance, quality, logistics, and management.
- High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Washington, NJ and to support shift work or extended hours as operationally needed.
- Coordinate and assign work to production teams
- Monitor equipment and processes, and respond to operational issues to minimize downtime.
- Responsibilities include tracking production metrics, enforcing standard operating procedures, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Training and coaching team members, collaborating with maintenance, quality, and logistics, and communicating progress and challenges to management.
