Moore Digital Print and Mail Center-Tulsa is seeking an experienced and dependable Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations and ensure work is completed safely, accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.The Production Supervisor will provide hands-on leadership to production employees, coordinate workflow and staffing, monitor quality and productivity, and work closely with management and other departments to meet daily production goals.Job Summary: The Production Supervisor is responsible for the overall leadership, direction, and performance of assigned production operations during their shift. This position ensures that production goals related to safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery are consistently achieved. The Production Supervisor serves as the primary frontline leader for production team members and plays a critical role in driving accountability, operational excellence, and employee engagement. This role requires strong operational oversight, hands-on leadership, workforce planning, cross-functional coordination, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. The Production Supervisor is expected to lead by example, maintain high visibility on the production floor, and proactively address operational and employee-related matters.
