Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor will supervisor various personnel and manage operations to ensure the highest level of efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain the product quality standards and ensure that all employees are following safety procedures

* Complete and sign off the quality and production forms on a daily basis and ensure their accuracy

* Use the Internal computer system to submit work orders to the maintenance team

* Participle in plant testing, ensure required personnel and the raw materials required for completion of these tests, and report results



Required Skills & Experience:

* 5+ years working in a manufacturing environment

* Exposure to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles

* Must be able to work Monday to Wednesday or Thursday to Saturday from 5pm to 5am

* Experience with ERP systems

Preferred Skills & Experience:

* Experience working in a bakery or food environment
