Our client, a growing electrical manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Supervisor- Warehouse to join their team. As a Production Supervisor- Warehouse, you will be part of the Operations team supporting warehouse, production, and cross-functional operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a sense of urgency, and a high level of accountability which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Supervisor- Warehouse (1st Shift)
Location: Sussex, WI
Pay Range: $90,000 – $100,000/year

What’s the Job?

  • Lead daily warehouse and production support operations, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and delivery goals
  • Drive inventory accuracy and transactional integrity within SAP/WMS systems
  • Implement and maintain cycle count processes and inventory control initiatives
  • Coach, develop, and hold teams accountable for performance and continuous improvement
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify and resolve process gaps impacting scalability and efficiency

  • Prior warehouse leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Hands-on experience with SAP
  • Proven people leadership with a focus on accountability and team development
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to improve processes and operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
