Production Supervisor - Weekend Shift
Location: Farmington, CT
This position is responsible for supervising workers engaged in the production operations.
- Manage, hire, lead, motivate and qualify the workers in our production department in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws. Exhibit confidence in self and staff. Resolve interdepartmental issues, accept, and give feedback as well as recognition.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment: Ensure the production floor is clean and safe for all staff.
- Ensure production output according to the production schedule while ensuring safety, quality and productivity.
- Work with the production manager and the planning department on defining the weekly production schedule.
