The 3rd shift Production Supervisor will lead manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement while ensuring production goals are met efficiently and cost-effectively. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives on the production floor, develops high-performing teams, and continuously looks for ways to improve operational performance.
What You'll Do- Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure production schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements are achieved.
- Manage and develop production personnel through coaching, training, mentoring, and performance management.
- Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, waste reduction, and yield optimization.
- Monitor labor utilization, production metrics, and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with all company policies, GMPs, sanitation procedures, and operating standards.
- Partner with Quality and Operations teams to maintain product quality and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee employee scheduling, attendance, performance reviews, and team development.
What We're Looking For- 2+ years of leadership experience within a manufacturing, food production, or industrial environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Experience analyzing production metrics and implementing process improvements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operation.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000
