Job Description
Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing manufacturing organization in Wilson, NC who is hiring a Production Supervisor to work on either 1st or 2nd shift. This is a direct hire opportunity offering excellent benefits.
Job Responsibilities
Lead daily night-shift production operations while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are achieved
Build and support a new production team of approximately 15 employees
Monitor production schedules, employee performance, and overall workflow
Provide coaching, training, and guidance to team members
Address employee concerns, performance issues, and operational challenges
Partner with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues and minimize downtime
Maintain accurate production records and communicate updates with leadership
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and processes

Qualifications
3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
Experience working in a fast-paced production setting
Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic
Ability to troubleshoot issues, make decisions, and handle challenges professionally
Comfortable working on the production floor around machinery and equipment
Basic computer skills required; experience with production systems is a plus
Mechanical aptitude and equipment knowledge preferred
