RPC's client is a privately owned company that has been in operation for 47 years with continued growth and expansion over that period. They are looking to find individuals that are wanting to find a career and growth with them.

As Extrusion Supervisor, you would initially begin with training of the extrusion process and equipment. After training, the supervisor will be responsible for the safety, production, and quality of an entire extrusion press lines and their teams. Management from 15 to 50 people is possible in this role, so good management skills are a must.

Job Goal: Maintain and increase production through equipment reliability, improving manufacturing practices, systems and teams, while achieving and improving our high quality standard.

Requirements

· Engineering Degree (Industrial Engineer or Mechanical Engineer) preferred

· 2+ plus years manufacturing experience

· Lean Manufacturing knowledge
